Domus Management is gearing up to lease up 70 beautiful low-income senior unit in Winters, located in beautiful Yolo County.
The property offers a courtyard environment, community gardens, on-laundry and management, energy efficient appliances, balconies or patios, community center and resident services. A section of units will have rental assistance through Yolo County Housing Authority and some units will be set aside for disabled senior household.
All applicants must meet income limit requirements and all household members must be 62+ to reside at Blue Mountain Terrace.
