DMC strives to build relationships with local agencies in the communities where we manage properties by implementing Neighborhood Watch programs in conjunction with local police, conducting outreach programs to ensure local service agencies are aware affordable housing is available in the area, and by coordinating with schools and businesses to utilize community rooms on site to offer ESL, exercise, dance, life skills and other classes that enrich the lives of our residents.
